The only posible way (I think) of getting movements that smooth is to have your characters modelled and animated in 3d.then exported as film clip and traced,at a high frame rate in flash.

I can see why this would garner negative reviews here at newgrounds since its main audience are 14 yr old pre-pubescents thinking reused 5 frame animations and flaming banana heads with severe homo-sexual undertoned animes are untouchably holy. but anyhoo, this is a perfect.
